  Zantech is looking for an upcoming onsite Senior Program Manager to serve as the Government's point of contact and to provide technical supervision and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned for an upcoming contract. This will be an opportunity to own your program, be the primary interface with customer and have the authority to act on behalf of Zantech, with corporate support. You will lead and execute the planning, management and risk assessment of the full range of activities/responsibilities as it pertains to your program. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead, build and grow an effective team to meet/exceed the values of Zantech and our clients. The primary place of performance will be at Camp Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, Republic of Korea (ROK).

  As a Senior Program manager, you will provide overall contract management to provide management, administrative, and technical interface with the COR and KO in accomplishing services under this contract. If a change to the program manager is required, the contractor shall provide a notice, to the COR and the KO, 30 days prior to making the change. The Contractor shall designate individual(s) to serve as alternates for those times when the on-site manager is not available. The PM shall be ITIL Foundations certified within three months of contract start date or hiring date on this contract.

  Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Preferred)

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification or its equivalent IAW the DoD 8140 listing for IAM Level 2 Information Assurance professionals

  • Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects and operations of a nature similar in size and scope as referenced under the PWS.

  • Working knowledge and experience administering and managing multiple IT tasks and substantial IT projects similar in size and scope.

  • Successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope.

  • Technical and management leadership of task compliance with industry accepted Government and civilian and user standards.

  Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, including 4 years directing a project.

  • Knowledge of configuration management and quality assurance concepts and guidelines for example, AGILE, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)

  • Specialized experience in Information Technology (IT) defense infrastructure (Sensors, Vulnerability Scanners, Firewalls, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of wireless technology and Army operating systems (OS) (i.e., Windows, Apple, and UNIX).

  • Knowledge of DoD RMF and SA&A process.

  • Knowledge of networking and network-based software applications.

  • Knowledge of overall DoD contracts administration.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Presentation and meeting facilitation experience

  • Experience with the scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project

  Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility per contract requirements.
