Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Stability Specialist (Mid-Level or Experienced) to join our dynamic team in Mesa, AZ.
In this role, you have the unique opportunity to build relationships and collaborate across the Mesa Site and within our communities - by partnering with site leadership team, business leaders, hiring managers, human resources, external community partnerships, BRG's, local universities and technical schools to attract top talent to Boeing to build out talent pipeline. Reporting to the Mesa Site Culture and Engagement leader, you will have the opportunity to assist in staffing and forecasting and develop a deeper understanding of our ever-changing business landscape at a site level.

Position Responsibilities:
Partner with internal stakeholders including Mesa site leadership, business & functions, HR to determine strategic staffing forecasts, talent sourcing methodology and skillset needs.
Utilize analytics and develop a status reporting mechanism for holistic Mesa site workforce needs and adaptive planning.
Create pipeline of talent through key partnerships, outreach and collaboration with Arizona colleges, Aviation and Technical schools and Community Colleges.
Lead development programs and STEM/CTE curriculum including intern program, bootcamps and Six Sigma coursework.
Assist with required recruiting efforts and communication of Boeing mesa opportunities in partnership with Global Talent and Human Resources.
Support and lead Mesa site and community engagement activities and events, in partnership with engagement leader and Boeing Global Engagement (BGE).
Support coordination activities and facilitation of Mesa New Hire Orientation including speaker and executive participation & schedule, leader on engaging content development.
Thought partner for Site Engagement leader to establish business strategies, goals and objectives.
Capability to lead a positive, safe culture by modeling and championing Seek, Speak, and Listen habits and inclusive behaviors.
Inspire the future generation of Boeing workforce and represent Boeing in the community with a professional, positive, engaging and motivated demeanor.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years' experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
3+ years' experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
1+ years' experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
3+ years' experience developing and deploying organizational plans and strategies
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years' experience working with data analytics
Experienced problem-solver and comfortable with dynamic, ambiguous environments
Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences and at all levels of the company
Passionate about developing and inspiring the future workforce of the Boeing Company
More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Typical Education & Experience:
Mid-Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Experienced Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Travel:
Position may require travel up to 20% of the time.

Summary pay range Mid-Level: $87,550 - $ 118,450
Summary pay range for Experienced Level: $107,950 - $146,050
