The Boeing Company's Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management Program within Boeing Enterprise Security is currently seeking a Mid-Level Supply Chain Cybersecurity Specialist (Virtual) to join the team.
The Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management Program partners with Procurement Agents, Contracts, Business Partners, and Supply Chain Risk & Compliance to ensure Boeing's information and systems are protected throughout supplier engagements, that suppliers have appropriate cybersecurity terms included in their contracts, and that suppliers are regularly assessed to better understand, manage, and mitigate the cybersecurity risk suppliers bring to the Boeing ecosystem.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, high volume environment supporting Boeing's procurement and risk management activities across the enterprise. They will communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals as well as with all levels of management and third parties, work autonomously, be a team player, understand basic information security and risk management principles, and be able to make sound judgment calls during contract negotiations.
Position Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of supplier statements of work, requests for information/proposal/solution, contract terms, and assessments to include identification and inclusion of applicable cybersecurity controls
Partner with procurement agents and support supplier contract negotiations to respond to changes in cybersecurity terms to protect Boeing's cybersecurity risk posture
Provide cybersecurity control requirements to suppliers based on internal cybersecurity and information protection requirements to effectively address risk in the supply chain
Provide cybersecurity training and awareness to procurement agents, buyers, sourcing groups, and business partners
Document and contribute to the identification of root causes, prioritize threats, and recommend corrective actions for suppliers to reduce Boeing's cybersecurity risk
Assess, review, and present technical reports and briefings on cybersecurity controls implemented by current and potential suppliers
Provide subject matter expertise in cybersecurity within the defined work team and with select business partners
Identify and contribute to improvements in processes to address supply chain cybersecurity risks
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in North Charleston, SC.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with cybersecurity, information protection, risk management, and/or IT compliance
1+ years of experience with managing vendors, contracts, and/or working with supply chain processes or systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience with effective time management to work and meet deadlines
Experience with analytical, integration, teaming, and communication skills
Experience with project management best practices
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically, 5 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $85,850 - $134,550
