Quadrint is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst in the Springfield, VA area.
The successful candidate will provide analysis and recommendations in support of the Office of Strategic Operations at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The candidate will be able to provide creation of reports, manpower data analysis, data entry, and general administrative tasks; and must be proficient with data entry and analysis using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Perform independent research and data collection related to workforce planning.
Offer assistance, support, and recommendations to enable accountability for organization discipline and resource tracking through direct communications with the various agency directorates and key stakeholder interactions (via meetings, governance channels, etc.).
Coordinate development of the meeting schedule, preparing and presenting briefings, and conducting follow-up actions to ensure continuous progress.
Perform studies that identify and validate the manpower requirements.
Assess the impacts of changing resource levels (e.g., Mission Resource Analysis (MRA)) on assigned programs.
Present results briefings and providing requirements as a Summary of Manpower Requirements (SMR).
Provide manpower requirement, organizational, programing and planning recommendations for efficient & effective usage of resources.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current Top Secret minimum with the ability to obtain/maintain a Polygraph is required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 7 years of experience.
Strong workforce planning experience (workforce analysis, data collection, etc.)
Ability to create and maintain process documentation and diagrams.
Ability to create and execute implementation plans.
Ability to lead organizational change.
Experience working with executive-level clients.
Experience with managing multi-year projects spanning multiple teammates and several resources.
Demonstrated experience working with multiple specialties in a "one-team" environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Access.
Experience with Pivot table.
