Purpose of The Role
This role will report directly to the Source-to-Contract Operations Manager in providing support to the Procurement teams across different stakeholder groups on a variety of activities including, RFx execution, contract management, and supplier performance management.
This position will collaborate with internal stakeholders and will be expected to foster effective relationships across business segments and suppliers to ensure maximized value within assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop service excellence and continuous process improvement principles and mindset within the organization.
Collaborate with Procurement teams to manage and support the execution of activities in CBREs Source-to-Contract platform, communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, while ensuring optimum data integrity and compliance.
Build RFx and Auction events in CBREs e-sourcing tool and provide overall support from start to finish with each event.
Support the contract management process by generating and maintaining contractual agreements online.
Support the Supplier Performance Management program to monitor the performance of suppliers doing business with CBRE against a standard set of KPIs through Surveys.
Deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders at all levels to support increased awareness and adoption.
Establish strong working relationships with cross functional teams to facilitate collaboration, data insights, and communication that will help drive our team’s key objectives and share best practices.
Assist with analyzing data and creating compelling visuals for both reporting & analysis.
Provide general guidance and troubleshooting assistance to CBRE and Suppliers.
Adhere to departmental service level agreement (SLA) requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field from four-year College and/or University.
Minimum three years of experience in a similar job-related role.
Supply Chain / Procurement / Data Management experience.
Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
Experience in hosting system training sessions with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences.
Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
Skills / experience in Zycus or similar Source-to-Contract platform is a plus.
Experience in ServiceNow ticketing tool is a plus, but not required.
Advanced in data analysis and manipulation, with solid Excel skills.
Amenable to work in morning/flexible shift covering mainly the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
