　　Responsibilities

　　● Provides technical solutions and recommendations to warehouse and maintenance management

　　● Leads troubleshooting and repairs of automation systems including installation, commissioning, and long term support

　　● Provides Technical Support to the business as needed (On Call).

　　● Able to interpret complex issues and work methodically towards the solution in a reasonable amount of time

　　● Provides direction to team members regarding projects, operations, and best practices

　　● Provide and assist management at all levels with consultation, reporting, and recommendations on system health, improvements, and operations.

　　● Manages all controls and electrical work through the facility, delegating authority to trained technicians as appropriate

　　● Assists and supports the Douglasville director of warehouse and the U.S. distribution maintenance manager with technical assessment and progress of the system

　　● Develop and deliver appropriate training for multiple different skill sets within the maintenance team

　　● Works closely with the DC Maintenance and Operations team. Provide day to day technical support, process control systems and controls related tasks

　　● Improve Process Controls Systems through Alarm Management, Operator Interface Optimization etc

　　● Ability to integrate PLC's, HMI's, VFD's, Servo Drives and other process controls...

　　● Training end users on operations of existing and newly installed or modified process control systems
