Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Techno Functional Analyst in Falls Church, VA.Key Tasks:
Workday Techno Functional Analyst will perform full system regression testing for Workday updates to ensure security access and integrations are functioning as expected
Provide techno-functional support for day-to-day user requests
As a Workday Techno Functional Analyst, you will develop and document technical specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions
Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions
Minimum 5 years of experience of deep configuration, roll-out, and integration expertise within Workday, ideally within several of the following modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Learning, PRISM, Talent Optimization, Recruiting and Time Tracking
Workday Extend experience including Orchestration and PMD scripting
Experience in Workday production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, troubleshooting data issues/corrections
Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Cloud Connect (CCB, CCW, PICOF, PECI), Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics
Basic understanding on the Security Configuration and Business Process setup
Proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices
Excellent communication and people skills; Must maintain confidential information, have strong critical thinking skills, and be able to meet deadlines
The drive to own impactful projects through to completion and recognize and drive opportunities for improvement with minimal oversight
Proven history of strong decision-making, organizational, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong history of developing creative solutions and working to build and optimize processes within Workday
Ability to understand business needs, troubleshoot issues, diagnose root cause, and provide potential solutions to problems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
