Construction Technician II

　　Work Mode: Onsite

　　Location: Onsite at Kohler, WI

　　Opportunity

　　As a Construction Technician II, your responsibilities will include building and remodeling work. Perform journeyman quality work in the maintenance, repair, construction, alteration, forming, framing, and finishing area of projects; remodeling and construction of buildings and equipment; performs other related duties as required.

　　Specific Responsibilities

　　Performs a variety of rough and finish carpentry work.

　　Performs skilled mill and cabinet work involving construction, finishing, and repairing of buildings, doors, and other building related items.

　　Builds forms, operates planers, shapers, jointers, lathes, handsaws, and other woodworking machinery.

　　May assist in cement work, fence repair, and other outside maintenance work.

　　May be required to work in other trade areas on a temporary basis.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Skills/Requirements

　　Professional carpenter who works in residential and commercial construction.

　　Minimum 10+ years in millwork & construction trades

　　3 years carpentry experience.

　　Strong knowledge of their trade

　　Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

　　The hourly range for this position is $23.70 - $29.65. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
