Woodworking Shop - Helper Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motived individual to join our shop. You may be the ideal candidate if your skills match the following criteria: * Follow standard quality and safety standards * Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule * Honest and reliable * Team oriented * Quality conscious * Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Experience with woodworking equipment (a plus but not required) * Experience with hand tools (preferred) Job Responsibilities: * Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques. * Set up, operate, or maintain woodworking machines. * Examine finished workpieces for smoothness, shape, or conformity to specifications and verify dimensions, visually and using hands and hand tools.
