　　The ideal candidate will have:

　　An active Property & Casualty license required

　　Schedule Requirements: Mon – Fri, 10:00am to 6:00pm EST, with at least 1 Saturday a month on a rotating schedule

　　2+ years of sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto)

　　Proficiency in navigating a variety of software (such as CRM, carrier platforms, agency management system, and MS Office).

　　The primary duties of the Policy Retention Specialist are to:

　　Contact policyholders from the agency’s existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, direct mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal.

　　Make appropriate recommendations and/or changes to the policy

　　Cross-sell AAA membership sales and/or upgrades.

　　Maintain quality rating of customer phone interactions and meet established productivity goals
