Woodbury Health Care Centeris home to seniors requiring TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care and Long-Term Care. We are in Woodbury, right next door to Woodbury High School. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. - For Certified Nursing Assistant- must be registered by the facility state to work as a nursing assistant in long term care.
