　　SCOPE & BASIC FUNCTION : 

　　This position is vital to the Customer Order Fulfillment process and to our goal of satisfying our customers by controlling inventory accuracy, receipt of goods, and shipments to customers.

　　Maintain an accurate inventory (98% or better)

　　Maintain accurate shipping (98% or better)

　　Assure the timely & accurate shipment of customer orders and receipt of purchase orders to specifications.

　　Actively problem solve to improve the operation of the warehouse and the Customer

　　Order Fulfillment Process.

　　Interact well with each other and with other departments.

　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :

　　Regular attendance is required to maintain the functions of the job

　　Operate material handling equipment to pick orders, put away product, load and unload trucks.

　　Perform minor maintenance on equipment to keep it in good operating condition.

　　Maintain the computerized inventory records to assure a high level of inventory accuracy.  Perform cycle counts and physical inventories as necessary.

　　Receive incoming goods and assure they are processed properly and delivered in a timely manner.

　　Pick orders according to instructions.  Ship orders by the requested ship date.

　　Maintain a safe working environment and practice safe work habits.

　　EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/OTHER SKILLS :

　　Minimum 1 year warehouse experience w/RF & WMS experience desired

　　High school diploma or GED required

　　Self starter

　　Aptitude for problem solving

　　Strong basic math and reading skills

　　Strong data entry skills

　　Ability to safely operate a forklift (stand-up or sit-down) and other material handling equipment such as manual pallet jacks

　　Proficiency in reading and writing English

　　Ability to pass the SR1 qualification test in English

　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :

　　Regular attendance and punctuality required

　　Performs other duties as assigned
