Overview
The Business Analyst - Warehouse Management Systems role is responsible for testing data flows, issue resolution, configuration and technical support for Chick-fil-A Supply, Bay Center Foods, and Offsite Thawing Pilot. This person also partners with each area of the Business to define, document, and consult on functional and technical requirements to support daily Operations and enable future growth of each Business.
As wholly owned subsidiaries of Chick-fil-A, Inc., Chick-fil-A Supply and Bay Center Foods are food production and distribution services networks focused entirely on serving the unique needs and growing volume of Chick-fil-A restaurants.
The Chick-fil-A Supply and Bay Center Foods service networks are comprised of three components:
Distribution Center - State-of-the-art warehouses that house supply for Chick-fil-A restaurantsProduction Distribution Center - Offsite facilities that prepare select ingredients and menu items for Chick-fil-A restaurantsTransportation - Growing fleet of delivery vehicles that supply Chick-fil-A restaurants

Responsibilities
Define System Enhancements/Improvements based on Business Needs and requirements, along with technical capabilitiesPartner with other system's stakeholders to define/validate new and existing integration touchpoints across the networkIdentify and document system gaps for product backlog for future enhancements/capabilitiesProvide WMS expertise in all areas of the warehouse for operational guidance and best practicesLead and execute the development of new and existing configurations as well as supporting documentation that enables Change Management and End User TrainingLead and own the Business Relationship with Software Vendors that delivers excellent Customer Service and responsiveness to the BusinessProvide 2nd Level Operational Support for WMS that includes advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools to minimize Business impactsDevelop business case documentation along with financial justification and ROI for all initiatives. Partner with IT leadership to establish project approach and timelineLead and execute the documenting of the current-state and future-state business process requirements including data flows, configurations, and reporting needsFrontline support for new site implementations, major rollouts, etc. to ensure smooth and efficient adoption and stabilizationLead and execute Testing Phases for Implementations to ensure systems address business stakeholder needs from users' point of viewManage simultaneous projects across all Entities to coordinate all aspects of implementation and delivery of tasks necessary for successful project executionLead and coordinate all software version upgrades with Business Stakeholders and Software Vendors to ensure successful migrations and minimal business interruptions
Business Requirements
Strong Operational experience with Warehouse Management Systems, having great perspective on how users interact with the systemDeep understanding of the different components leveraged by the Warehouse Management System, including Receiving, Putaway, Inventory, Picking, Loading, and Shipping processes in the Distribution CenterDeep understanding of data relationships to enable System-to-System performanceWorking knowledge of how product moves through a Distribution CenterStrong experience in a Start-up or new Business Development environment
Customer Relations
Work closely with distribution centers, food production centers and business partners to ensure optimal alignmentPossess intimate knowledge of who the customers are and the ability to put others above himself/herselfDemonstrate the ability to value both relationships and results
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, related field or relevant experience3+ years of experience in an IT Business Analyst or related role3+ years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems including Manhattan WMS or equivalent systemsExcellent business communication and presentation skillsAbility to effectively coordinate multiple projects involving multiple Entities, Departments, and External Consulting TeamsExcellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsDeep understanding of data requirements and flows

Manhattan WMS ExperienceCloud based WMS experience8+ years of experience with Manhattan WMS configuration and supportAutomation integration experience (ASRS, AG equipment, etc.)WMS implementation and onsite support experienceExperience driving integrations between SaaS based enterprise systems and third-party stakeholdersExperience with Master Data Management across systemsBusiness process management experience
