　　Omni Aerospace is seeking a Wire Harness Assembly Technician to join ourteam. This is an entry level position, so no experience is necessary.The ideal candidate will have excellent hand dexterity and mechanicalaptitude. You will report directly to the Wire Shop Manager. This is agreat opportunity if you want to be a part of a growing organizationwith a small company feel. You must live within a commutable distancefrom Wichita. We are looking to hire someone quickly, so thisopportunity won\'t be around long!

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Selects wires of specified color, marking, or length, and loops wiresbetween guide pegs on harness board, following color-coded lines orsequential numbers on board or diagram.

　　May attach ends of wires to components, plugs, or terminal strip, usingsoldering iron or crimping device.

　　May test wiring continuity, using continuity tester.

　　Wire cutting and crimping

　　Requirements:

　　No Experience is necessary

　　Have good dexterity and be able to score well on a manual dexteritytest.

　　Have good hand eye coordination.

　　Must be able to crimp plastic sleeves on wires without damaging theinternal wire itself.

　　Have strong attention to detail

　　Ability to work in quiet environment
