Summary of Responsibilities:
As ATC grows, we are adding a Director-Total Rewards and People Services to our passionate, high-achieving team. The Director will drive and execute the total rewards strategy, people services and workplace experience of the organization to attract, retain, engage, and motivate employees, as well as advise business leaders on best practices. This role will lead the development of relationships throughout ATC, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and ensuring that internal clients have access to high quality advice and guidance to support in delivering business strategy and plans.
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll lead the strategic direction of both our Total Rewards, People Services Teams and our Facilities and Workplace Experience teams. You’ll use your experience and bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field to lead strategy and steering of Total Rewards, HR technology related to people resource management and efficient HR services, that align with the organization's goals and objectives and is aimed at attracting and retaining talent in a competitive environment across multi-disciplines. Additionally, you will partner internally and externally to provide strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation programs, including annual short- and long-term incentives and executive compensation. You’ll continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with our business and talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes, as appropriate and work closely with HR Leaders, HR business partners and other stakeholders to ensure that programs are integrated into broader People, Culture, and business strategies.
For our Facilities and Workplace Experience team, you’ll develop and implement short- and long-term strategic facility utilization plans aligned to overall business strategy and desired hybrid workplace experience that supports ATC’s strategic business initiatives, allows employees to perform their work efficiently and productively, reflects and embodies the values and culture of ATC, and is environmentally healthy, provides leadership to facilities management services team for ATC’s corporate headquarters office building, two data center properties and three additional offices in Wisconsin and Michigan and partner closely with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to design and deliver relevant team member engagement programs and events virtually, hybrid and in-person that impact retention, build culture, community, and purpose throughout every stage of the ATC lifecycle.
