　　To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:

　　Assist Quality Assurance department in maintaining welding integrity. Interface with manufacturing and maintenance to resolve welding and welding systems issues.Program robots, pedestal welders, and all other types of welding related equipment.Train, coach and mentor the welding process for weld engineers, manufacturing and skilled trades colleagues.Direct and/or participate in root cause analysis and tam problem solving activities (e.g. 8D reports, department meetings, etc.)Champion assigned engineering changes, communicate and coordinate accordingly to all departments.This full-time, salary role is a part of our Engineering team and reports to the Engineering Manager.

　　Required experience:

　　Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Hands on experience in manual and automated welding process.Highly Desired Skills - A specialized knowledge of the following:Weld power source, wire feeder, torch and reamerPlasma cutting, grinding and rework applicationsWeld shielding gas technologiesElectrical enclosures and power requirements for weldingCustomer welding specification and testing requirementsGas metal arc weldingResistance spot weldingWorking conditions:
