If you would like to work with a highly skilled workforce to achieve unique and challenging goals that critically impact our environment and community, this is your chance to be a part of our legacy!Maintenance Field Work Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:* Providing oversight for bargaining unit Trades (Electricians, Instrument Techs, etc.) as well as Pipefitters, Millwrights, and various outside craft resources as a Field Work Supervisor. Provide leadership and motivation directing the activities of a smaller group within a department.* Working with Engineering utilizing documents, drawings, and vendor information to perform corrective / preventative maintenance and modifications on installed equipment and systems. Performs field walk downs and inspections.* Ensuring ISMS/EMS Core Functions, Guiding Principles, and Conduct of Work fundamentals are incorporated into the organization's processes for performance of all work activities.* Setting, demonstrating, and enforcing balanced priorities and high standards of performance with emphasis on safety, environmental quality, progress, procedure compliance, feedback, and personal conduct.* Recommending, planning and implementing Company policy in order to establish and maintain a safe work environment; and ensures compliance with appropriate federal and state safety and health regulations.* Demonstrating the ability to comprehend and resolve day-to-day problems. Act as technical consultant on problems and issues concerning safe and efficient operations of plant and associated systems.* Demonstrating diplomacy and persuasiveness in working with others (subordinates, peers, management) to obtain desired results. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ensuring project work is performed within compliance of radiological controls, quality assurance, engineering requirements, technical procedures and other work-related documents.* Working under limited supervision, exercising reasonable judgement in determining objectives of assignments according to established procedures.* Maintaining training qualifications.Basic Qualifications* Grade 18 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (may include journey-level craft), plus 4 years relevant experience.* Grade 19 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (may include journey-level craft), plus 6 years relevant experience.The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact.
