Our Regional Environmental Service Leads become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position you will provide recommendations and direction to facility Executive Directors and Regional Director of Operations in assigned communities with overall facility preventative maintenance programs, regulatory compliance, coordination and assistance with special projects and complete day-to-day facility maintenance tasks as assigned. Duties include: Provide consultation, direction, and assistance to executive directors and Operations for assigned communities. Work cooperatively with the Senior Environmental Manager on projects, reports, and other areas of need. Maintain compliance in TELS within designated buildings. Direct, provide, and support assigned facilities with equipment repair and preventative maintenance programs, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, etc. Assist as needed to complete tasks. Develop, evaluate, and implement preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. Inspect all areas and equipment on a regular basis to ensure preventive maintenance programs are in place and followed to assure compliance with codes and regulations. Monitor and review work orders and their completion and provide direction with problem solving as needed. Direct and evaluate facility safety programs and efforts to ensure tenant/resident safety in regard to various risk areas, including controlling access to chemicals and equipment and reducing ground hazards. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as housekeeping and laundry operations. Experience in health care is preferred.
