The primary focus of the role is to service all guests with a warm and positive manner by being fully knowledgeable about user records of food and beverage products, especially around allergies, fully understanding the products and impact of ingredients. Also ensuring that all food and beverages services that are provided are in line with Health and Safety guidelines and maintains a good hygiene practice described by the company. A FB Supervisor will be required to fully understand the Art of Hosting principle and conduct this on a daily basis. A fully flexible approach on job duties is required and high standard on cleanliness.

Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.

Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify accordingly. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up, Covid-19 Cleaning Protocols required checklists for supplies, tools, equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests.

Experience:

2 Years related work experience

1-year Supervisory experience in a hotel or FB environment

Skills and Knowledge

Good Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)

Pro-active and reliable

Able to work within a team

Education or Certification

Good level of English essential

High School Diploma or equivalent
