This position will work a hybrid coming into the office to provide mentorship and for project and client collaboration and have flexibility to work remotely.WHO YOU ARE:Passionate & Experienced: You have 8+ years of civil engineering experience PE required. Previous project experience with any of the following, roadway, stormwater, sewer, water, or site development.Skilled in Project Management & Business Development: This position joins other senior leaders in our office to manage projects and collaborate to pursue work with established clients. Demonstrated experience and success in executing and delivering complex projects as well as developing client relationships. Proven history of strong client relationships in the Northwest preferred.Relationship-focused: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, team player, and you thrive on developing rapport with others to maintain quality delivery.
