　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

　　Perform all MIG and TIG weld operations to fabricate enclosures and thermal management systemsPerform pre-weld and post-weld processes on various materials: steel, stainless and aluminum.Able to weld components in flat and vertical positionsComply with all safety policies, company practices / procedures, and any reasonable management requests.JOB QUALIFICATIONS

　　Must have 5 or more years of welding experienceAWS certified welder from an accredited welding schoolPrefer certifications in MIG and TIGExperience welding sheet metal partsAble to read and understand drawings and weld instructionsAble to repeat the same physical or mental tasks while maintaining accuracy of work.Able to handle parts potentially up to 55 lbs.Able to grasp parts repetitively.WORK ENVIRONMENT
