Description

　　Location: Harmony Surgery Center, Fort Collins, CO

　　Department: Harm Ambu Surg Ctr Clinical

　　FTE: Part time, 0.6 FTE, 48 hours/pay period (2 weeks)

　　Shift: Days

　　Pay: $18.75 - $27.86 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

　　Requirements:

　　High school diploma or GED.

　　Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.

　　Preferred: Certified Nurses Aide or equivalent education/experience.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provides direct patient care according to nursing and medical plan of care and within scope of practice using population-specific guidelines. Helps with patient positioning and assists in patient transfers. Transports patients safely.

　　Reports observations to assigned nurse. Records basic data.

　　Sets up equipment per posted schedule. Maintains clean, well-stocked unit. Enters Medication Rooms only for purpose of monitoring or obtaining supplies or equipment.

　　Orients new staff. Adheres to established protocols related to patient safety goals.

　　Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
