Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating all machines in your work area, changing fixtures and tooling, determining the sequence of operations to create CNC programs, and preparing machines for production by setting up tooling and work holding fixtures. 　　Responsibilities

　　Responsibilities

　　•Set up and operate all machines related to work area; change fixtures and tooling for new and existing products

　　•Determine sequence of operations to make CNC programs

　　•Prepare machine for production by setting up tooling and work holding fixtures

　　•Prepare all set ups, and upload and download programs

　　•Maintains specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions, inspecting parts, and adjusting controls while maintaining tight tolerance objectives

　　•Ability to utilize all hand inspection equipment

　　•Operate using SPC where needed

　　•Ensures operation of the equipment

　　•Completes production and quality logs

　　•Maintain fluid levels on machines, including coolant, spindle, and hydraulic fluids
