We have established workload and clients and need a senior professional to provide project management, project delivery and strategic focus for the practice. Ideally, this position would work in one of our Puget Sound locations with hybrid or fully remote work options when not in the field. Strong relationships with water clients in Washington/Oregon preferred.This position will have the opportunity to support work on a variety of projects, including water conveyance, wet weather treatment, CSO's and wastewater.Who You Are:Experienced: You have 12+ years of experience delivering water/wastewater projects through design and construction. You can effectively manage work programs, project schedules, and budgets. You have the ability to develop and lead our Wastewater Construction Management group and project teams. PE or CCM required.Relationship-focused: This role will focus on project and construction management and delivery, and business and client development. Strong people skills, collaborative approach, and the ability to partner with clients, agency staff, and co-workers are key. For all positions, we conduct an equity review. Employee-owners are all eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions. Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program.
