　　Minimum 3 years of relevant CNC operating and/or Set-up experience.

　　Experience specifically related to CNC machines is a must.

　　Working Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

　　Responsibilities

　　CNC Machining: Operate and set up CNC machines, including but not limited to milling machines, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers, to produce high-precision components.

　　Machine Types: Work with a variety of CNC machines, such as vertical machining centers (VMC), horizontal machining centers (HMC), and turning centers, adapting to specific project requirements.

　　Multi-Axis Machining: Proficient in multi-axis machining, understanding the complexities of 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining processes to achieve intricate part geometries.

　　Tool Selection and Setup: Select appropriate cutting tools and ensure proper machine setup, considering factors like tool offsets, workholding, and fixture design.

　　Programming:no need it but if you have it is a plus

　　Quality Assurance: Conduct meticulous inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure compliance with tight tolerances and quality standards.

　　Materials Knowledge: Work with various materials, including metals (aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) and plastics, understanding their machining properties and requirements.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　manual lifting up to 25lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
