Contributes to T-Mobile success by delivering and implementing large or complex new systems, projects, processes, and/or programs that improve profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations, or enhance service to the business and customers. This role requires a blend of wireless development experience, telecom leasing expertise, and forward-thinking vision to drive the program into a new age of operational excellence. It will be the central point of contact and responsibility for all inbound collocations, sales, planning, coordinating, resourcing, executing, and controlling the management and various initiatives related to owned Venues and Towers. Consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, siting solutions, contract management, and negotiations is paramount.Primary Functions:Manage all in-bound tower and venue collocations with speed and consistencyManage portfolio with consistency and accuracy to minimize risks and improve potentialDrive critical initiatives to streamline processes and create efficienciesDevelop reporting to give all stakeholders and leadership visibilityPurposefully drive revenue targetsPartner with Regulatory, Legal and Site Safety to ensure complianceQualifications:4-7+ years' proven experience in wireless site development or similar project management experience or telecommunications deployment activitiesAuthority with Microsoft Office, specifically in the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively connect with all employee levels and levels of management.Deep knowledge of cell site development processes and issues with specific expertise in the areas but not limited to construction, logistics, real estate acquisition, zoning, site compliance and external affairs.Able to identify critical project impacting issues, able to develop and partner across teams and organizations to implement solutions.Strong understanding of construction and wireless development process and familiarity with pre-construction achievements.Negotiate with and lead vendors and tenants.Understands leasing processes, contracts, and construction drawings.Knowledge of materials used in telecommunications facilities site design.Familiarity with environmental reports and government approvalsProven understanding of all aspects of leasing, zoning, and regulatory compliance related to real estate development and wireless network operations, including knowledge of lease terms or contracts, and understanding of legal proceedings.Ability to lead and motivate teams with multiple functional proficiencies.Negotiate vendor contracts, master agreements, cell site leases with any/all existing or potential landlords (e.g., public agencies, private corporations, private citizens, and non-profit agencies)Education:Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, Engineering, Legal or equivalent experienceLicenses and Certifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)* At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel:Travel Required (Yes/No):NoDOT Regulated:DOT Regulated Position (Ye
