　　About the Role

　　Responsible for Internal Material Flow (inc. Inbound & Outbound), Line Feeding and Warehouse Management in Yeniköy and Gölcük locations

　　Your Responsibilities

　　Continuous Improvements on dock balancing, handling area, workload for Inbound & Outbound,

　　Fixed locations/zones for picking or replenishing definitions and FMR classification of all RAW, purchased & WIP parts,

　　Keep the stock control systems up to date and ensure inventory accuracy (with pareto chart and countermeasures),

　　Safety stocks optimization,

　　Support LPA questions, Lessons Learnt and PFMEA,

　　Create MPM reports by determining the operational procedures defining warehouse functions,

　　Logistics MAFACT responsibility (analyze and improve MAFACT score) 4.04 4.05 4.06 4.07 4.08,

　　Analyse the processes to reduce logistics costs & Utilize space, equipment and labor effectively,

　　Perform Process Audits and LPAs,

　　Support Contingency Plans,

　　Support PreSerial process,

　　Conduct BOM Audits,

　　Shop floor management.

　　Who we are looking for

　　5 - 7 years of experience in warehouse management,

　　Strong SAP (WM-MM) knowledge,

　　Knowledge in the fields of lean logistics,

　　Good knowledge of MS Office Programs,

　　English is plus,

　　Experience in leading a team and budget management,

　　Monitoring Warehouse Management KPI’s

　　Inbound -Stock and Transportation- Management experience
