Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking a CFO. The CFO must have strong analytical, strategic-planning, operational and communication skills, including an ability to work well with the CEO, board members and other senior executives. 　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Handle investor and investment institution relationships

　　Recognize and control insurance requirements and business risks

　　Manage upgrades and implementations for financial systems

　　Manage hiring and training for accounting and finance staff

　　Supervise vendor relationships

　　Oversee independent auditor relationships

　　Examine the organization's operations and determine if cash flow is appropriate

　　Supervise all finance personnel

　　Strategically manage the accounting and finance functions

　　Verify that staff comply with state and federal laws and company's policies

　　Ensure the integrity of a company's financial information and suggest improvements

　　Govern accounting policies, procedures and internal controls Requirements - Public accounting experience a plus

　　10+ years' experience in accounting or finance

　　MBA, CPA, CGMA or CMA preferred

　　Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

　　High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

　　Excellent communication and organizational skills

　　Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

　　5+ years' management experience

　　Excellent leadership and organizational skills
