　　Work Tasks to be performed

　　·         Agricultural equipment operator (forklift) loading and unloading bins from trailer and place bins throughout orchard for harvest. Employee must conduct daily maintenance check prior to operating tractor/machine. The employer will provide training, the pallet jack/forklift driver certification, and all costs will be the responsibility of the employer.

　　·         Training will be provided by the Safety Manager who holds a forklift trainer certificate. Once the training is completed, the employer will issue the certificate to the employees.

　　·         The bus driver will transport workers to and from work each day from assigned accommodations. The driver will perform job duties as assigned by the supervisor, which will vary from time to time based on job location, weather, and other factors. The current driving season is temporary and will last from February to November. The driving season could vary depending on the needs of the crop.

　　Tareas Específicas en el Trabajo

　　·         Operador de equipo agrícola (montacargas) cargando y descargando contenedores del remolque y colocando contenedores en todo el huerto para la cosecha. El empleado debe realizar una verificación de mantenimiento diaria antes de operar el tractor/máquina. El empleador proporcionará capacitación, la certificación de conductor de transpaleta/montacargas y todos los costos serán responsabilidad del empleador.

　　·         La capacitación será proporcionada por el Gerente de Seguridad que posee un certificado de entrenador de montacargas. Una vez completada la formación, el empleador emitirá el certificado a los empleados.

　　·         El conductor del autobús transportará a los trabajadores hacia y desde el trabajo todos los días desde los alojamientos asignados. El conductor realizará las tareas laborales asignadas por el supervisor, que variarán de vez en cuando según la ubicación del trabajo, el clima y otros factores. La actual temporada de conducción es temporal y durará de febrero a noviembre. La temporada de conducción podría variar dependiendo de las necesidades del cultivo.

　　·         3 months of relevant verifiable work experience.

　　·         Must anticipate being available to work the entire contract period.

　　·         Lifting requirement 60 lbs.

　　·         Exposure to extreme temperatures

　　·         Extensive pushing or pulling

　　·         Extensive sitting or walking

　　·         Frequent stooping or bending over

　　·         Repetitive movements

　　The employer will furnish, without charge, tools,  supplies and protective equipment required to perform  the  specified  work.
