　　Siemens Mobility is currently operating and maintaining the Education City Tram network. The People Mover System (PMS) is the first low floor catenary-free tram system in the world. It uses a Hybrid Energy System (HES) which incorporates a combination of super-capacitors and batteries to power the tram between charging locations along the line. It is manually operated on line of sight rules and the system is being designed in compliance with BO Strab regulations and guidance. 11 km of track serves both the North and South Campuses of Education City and 19 trams of the Siemens Avenio range are in operation. Siemens Mobility is seeking to strengthen its Team of Operations professionals. To be successful in the role, you will have to be of a rigorous character, a fervent Team player with a sense of ownership.

　　What are my responsibilities?

　　• Establishment of appropriate and adequate storage facilities

　　• Supervision and co-ordination of staff engaged in store activities and compilation and maintenance of records of supply transactions

　　• Responsible for maintenance of spares

　　• Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness within the storage and workshop areas

　　• Ensuring the calibration of tools and instruments

　　• Administration of storage service vehicles

　　• Administration of computerized spares inventory and control system

　　• Administration of material handling and management

　　• Store inventory administration

　　• Maintain material records

　　• Preparation of reports

　　• Supervise and assist the receiving and issue of stocks

　　• Supervise and handle day to day of material movement task

　　• Handle of stock transfer

　　• Manage the administration of store

　　What do I need to qualify for this job?

　　• Personal computer and Microsoft office software

　　• Storage service vehicles

　　• CMMS Software

　　• Is in good physical condition

　　• Is 30 years or above

　　• Meets requirements of fitness class 3.

　　• Has a Degree / Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of work experience

　　• Has 3+ years of experience in the field of warehouse management or

　　higher

　　• Has 3 years of experience in a managerial skill

　　• Has a good command of both the spoken and written English language

　　• Has a managerial and leadership ability
