  We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Sales Account Manager within the machine vision sector that will be responsible for the T&L vertical

  The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically expanding our customer base, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth for our cutting-edge machine vision products. If you have a wealth of experience in complex sales environments, a deep understanding of machine vision and/or automation technologies, and a passion for exceeding targets, we want to hear from you.

  This remote role will require up to 50% travel. Applicants must reside in the US in either the central or eastern timezone.

  Responsibilities:

  Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving business needs, and providing strategic solutions using our machine vision products.

  Develop and execute sophisticated sales strategies tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles, utilizing your experience to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.

  Develop comprehensive account plans for key clients, outlining long-term objectives and strategies for sustained growth.

  Maintain a leadership position in understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the machine vision sector.

  Leverage your market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

  Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.

  Collaborate closely with technical support and customer service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  Qualifications:

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelors or equivalent experience

  5+ years of B2B technical sales experience in machine vision, robotics and/or automation solutions (please ensure resumes submitted clearly showcase this experience)

  Applicants must reside in the US in either the central or eastern time zone. 50% travel to be expected.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Preferential consideration will be given to applicants that reside near/around Detroit, MI or Toledo, Ohio (northern Ohio)

  Experience in one or more vertical markets (Transportations, Logistics, Distribution or Warehousing) desired

  In-depth understanding of machine vision technologies and their applications

  Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  Strategic sales approach with the ability to demonstrate value to the customer

  Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team

  Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas

  Salary: USD 93000.00 - USD 139600.00 Yearly

  Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

  Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
