This position ensures adequate levelsof material and/or product inventories are maintained and is responsible for evaluating, tracking and movinginventory needs. This position will lead a team of 3-5 members safely and productively on projects, with the goal ofcompleting tasks with a high degree of quality and efficiency, while practicing professionalism for optimal jobperformance.Core Duties & Responsibilities:Safety is E2's number one Core Value. Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite policies.Promotes company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture.Proactively leads a team of 3-5 to complete day to day activities and project tasks.Monitors and tracks job site construction equipment.Oversight for all inbound warehouse deliveries.Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary.Operates forklift and other construction equipment as required, ensuring that safety standards are followed.Conducts regular visual inspections of equipment location.Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual inventory received and stock count to computer-generated reports.Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.Picks inventory items and coordinates materials shipments bound to client sites.Verifies the accuracy of deliveries and materials handling and storage in accordance to contractual obligations and governmental requirements.Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns.Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.Performs special projects as assigned.Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2.Education:High school diploma or GED2+ years' logistics/general office management/support experienceExperience working on a construction job siteExperience operating/driving a forklift, company vehicles and other construction equipmentValid driver's license for a minimum of 3 consecutive years with a clear driving recordKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Strong leadership, communication, influencing and collaborative skills.Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data and manage database.Ability to receive, stock, and /or deliver goods.Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.Demonstrated professional demeanor and communications with customers, field team, vendors and management.Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with deadlines.Strong incident investigation, root cause analysis and continuous improvement skills<
