What\'s involved in this role: We arelooking for a Shipping Clerk in New London, WI. The Shipping Clerk isresponsible for scheduling outbound shipments and preparingdocumentation to ship product out of the warehouse. This position isscheduled to work a M-F, 7am - 3pm shift. What this role is all about:We arerecruiting for a Shipping Clerk at Hilker Warehousing LLC in NewLondon, WI. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ship out-goingproducts by ensuring accuracy of order as compared to actual SalesOrder; ensure each order has documentation (e.g., packing slip, CofA,and any foreign documentation that may be needed); enter appropriateinformation into computer system. Prepare all related paperwork requiredfor out-bound shipments; includes but is not limited to bills-of-lading,packing slips, special instructions, labels, reports, etc. Check ordersand customer notes to ensure accuracy and that the Quality Departmenthas approved product for shipment. Prepare and complete UPS files forappropriate customers. Set-up and schedule trucking appointments byworking with approved vendors and trucking companies as directed.Conduct research on back orders and report status to appropriate person.What you need to join our team: High school diploma Minimum one (1) yearof experience in a manufacturing environment required.
