Description:
Routinely uses molds and presses in the production process to produce first part and regular production parts in a timely manner with minimal to no supervision. This position will routinely work on manufacturing assignments per written procedures where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. This position requires an ability to get along well with co-workers within a team environment.
Pay & Schedule:
-All shifts available including weekends, days, nights, etc.
-$16.00-22.90 starting pay depending on experience and shift.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
• Operates press machine to create parts with use of mold.
• Cleans and primes parts with appropriate chemicals and solutions.
• Measures stock to ensure that it is the correct thickness and length.
• Places by hand a variety of materials in mold, on the mandrel or in the build fixture.
• Weighs stock and scrap to be salvaged.
• Monitors individual production for bad parts for early defect detection.
• Uses production equipment and tools, such as calipers and scales, on a regular basis.
• Ensures that materials handling recordkeeping is completed according to company and ISO standards.
• Follows internal safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintains work area free of safety hazards and clutter, including area setup and cleanup at the start and end of the shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Working or Production Lead, Planner, Production Supervisor, and/or Module Manager.
Must haves:
Lifting up to 30 lbs.
read a tape measure.
use hand tools to fabricate parts.
