The Communications Analyst responsible for leading the formulation and implementation of communications across the US Branch Network business. In addition to managing a weekly newsletter with a wide distribution, this individual will play a key role in other communications workstreams including change management, initiative implementation, voice of the employee (VOE), and executive communications for senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
Manage a weekly newsletter, as well other critical communications for the US Branch Network business.
Design, develop, and execute communication deliverables to provide the appropriate level of information to target audiences through a variety of channels, including weekly newsletter, intranet, email, and print.
Help develop, coordinate, and execute cohesive, comprehensive business and employee communication to assist the US Branch Network Business. This includes executive correspondence, organizational announcements, re-organizations, crisis communication, special events, and more.
Provide sales assistance by designing and implementing communications and process improvements.
Support new products, promotions, and projects defined by the business.
Support communications activities for high profile clients and Senior Leadership.
Ensure sales team compliance with local regulations.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications :
5-8 years of relevant experience in Communications Management, ideally in a financial institution.
Demonstrated track record of conducting successful, proactive communications programs
Project/Program Management experience preferred
Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education :
