Our Pet Distribution team workstogether to supply our customers with the nation's top brands of petsupplies like Nylabone, Kaytee, and Aqueon. If you are dependable,responsible and committed to safety, this may be the job for you!Location: Central Pet Distribution Center in Aurora, COShift Details: Day Shift starting at 6:00am until 2:30pm, 5 day workweek Monday through Friday. Must be able to work overtime as requiredStarting pay: $18+/hr DOEMEASURES OF SUCCESS:Process transactions utilizing RF technology and/or identify items on paperpick ticket according to bin location, part number, and/or descriptionPick orders that are scheduled to ship that day and package merchandise toensure safe transportInspect merchandise to ensure only quality product is used to complete theorderAccurately review counts of all incoming and outgoing shipments to verifyinformation against invoices, orders or other recordsUnpack, examine and route incoming shipments; record shortages and rejectdamaged itemsUtilize pallet jacks, stand-up reach forklift and sit-down forklift whereapplicableKeep area clean and neat at all timesIDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES:1+ year related warehouse experienceAttention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a deadline drivenenvironmentAbility to read and write legibly in English, carry out oral instructions inEnglish, count and do basic mathForklift experience and RF scanner experience preferredAbility to lift and move up to 60 pounds, safely, with or withoutaccommodationAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerWORKING CONDITIONS:Work is conducted in a warehouse environment with temperature changesdepending on the seasonWorking with or near conveyors depending on the assignmentPOSITION INFORMATION:This position pays $18.00 - $20.69 per hour DOE
