We're looking for an experienced digital media professional to bring to life innovative media executions with data-backed business results.Reporting into the Sr Manager, Paid Social, you'll be responsible for working with a team of Campaign Managers and Specialists to ensure success for a portfolio of awareness, consideration, and conversion strategies through the entire lifecycle of planning, execution, and optimization. Your focus will be on maintaining a pulse on the performance of your campaigns through ongoing analysis and collaboration with team members to ensure creative is properly trafficked, activations are efficiently optimized, and key takeaways are effectively articulated. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience within paid social platforms and an understanding of the underlying auction dynamics.WHAT YOU'LL DO IN YOUR ROLEImplement and manage T-Mobile's paid social campaigns on platforms including, but not limited to, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and XWork closely with fellow activation team members on defined planning, campaign activation, QA, optimization, and reporting processesRefine and iterate on the established best practices for campaign management, optimization, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, vendor/partner management, audience strategies, and test and learn agendasPresent campaign findings and recommendations to key stakeholdersTHE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGWhile the quality and accomplishments of a person's career will be the determining factor, the finalist must have the following requisite qualifications:1-3 years of digital marketing experience in paid social buying whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platformExperience with the full lifecycle of a digital media campaigns including planning, campaign setup, QA, ongoing optimization, and reportingFamiliarity with paid social landscape, including inventory and attribution practicesA strong test and learn approach, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to make strategic recommendationsExperience in managing multiple campaigns across a range of products, goals, and target audiencesDomain expertise in Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, Reddit, or TikTokComfortability multi-tasking and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines in a non-traditional work environmentDesired QualificationsExceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover, and test new ideasProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF formulasFour-year college degree preferred* At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized to work in the United StatesNew York Pay Range: $84,400 - $114,200The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the statelisted.
