　　Description:

　　This person will assist the project manager with estimating, quantity takeoffs, proposal development and subcontractor scopes/pricing. This person will also help with shop drawing and submittal review/coordination and material ordering.

　　Assist Project Manager with Schedule of Values (SOV) development and Owner invoices

　　Estimate and quote extra work and document changes, ensure extras are loaded into Viewpoint/logs and track/act on Owner contract changes

　　Overall responsibility for completing and tracking project documentation, including but not limited to, RFI's, submittals, safety forms, drawing logs, material logs, equipment logs and time/material tickets

　　Works with project team to develop project and look-ahead schedules.

　　Skills:

　　Project coordination, Construction, bluebeam, Construction management, Change order, Rfi

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Ability to work with blue beam

　　Experience training direct reports and working with a project manager

　　2-4 years of experience in the Mechanical space is preferred, but previous construction experience is required in the commercial space.
