Warehouse Assistant
We are currently seeking to build our team by adding a Warehouse Assistant. The Warehouse Assistant position is an important part of the team and helps to deliver materials and equipment to the production team and to our customers.
Position Wage Range = $21 - $24 per hour * **
**New employee sign-on bonus: New warehouse employees will receive an additional $300/month up to a maximum of $1,500 (after 5 months of successful employment)
Full-time employee schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7 AM. to 6 PM

As a Warehouse Assistant on our team, you will have the following:
Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
Operate warehouse equipment.
Communicate and coordinate effectively.
Receive deliveries, distribute packages and maintain shipping records.
Prepare and ship pallets.
Drive box truck to pick up supplies.
Inventory.
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, and must have, or be able to obtain a DOT medical card.
Our ideal candidate will be reliable in their attendance and performance, bring a positive attitude to work each day, and demonstrate good communication in collaborative team environments.

Physical Requirements
This role requires sitting, walking, or standing on hard surfaces for extended periods of time. Fine motor movements and high dexterity of hands and fingers are required. This position also requires high visual acuity and good hand-eye coordination. This role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds Candidates in the role regularly open cabinets, bend, stand on a stool or ladder, and climb stairs as needed. Candidates in this role may work in cold environments for extended periods of time.
