Mastercard's Data & Services business unit is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help the world's largest banks, merchants and tech companies grow. Data & Services' solutions are centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, and include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation through Test & Learn®, and data-driven information and risk management services.
The Data & Services Marketing team is focused on driving revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention by creating B2B thought leadership positioning and sales content, as well as building and executing global and local multi-channel campaigns.
Product marketers within the Mastercard Data & Services Marketing team are responsible for creating market differentiation and consideration for Mastercard's products and services, which are used by leading companies across industries. Working closely with product and sales teams, the Vice President of B2B Product Marketing for Mastercard Data & Services, will devise the product marketing strategy to drive awareness and demand for our solutions.
Role
In this role, you will provide hands-on management of a team of Product Marketing managers focused on creating marketing materials and content to drive awareness, demand, and usage for Mastercard Data & Services offerings.
You will also determine insights into customer needs and appropriately translate these insights into excellence in marketing planning, lead generation, and awareness-building activities.

Responsibilities
• Build and lead a team of product marketers dedicated to executing materials and content to support demand and usage of Data & Services solutions
• Devise the overall product marketing strategy for Data & Services business unit
• Drive efforts to integrate marketing programs across product lines, customers, regions and segments
• Maximize distribution and use of sales materials and content across sales teams
• Monitor and adjust overall product marketing budget to ensure that all campaigns, programs, and activities are within allocated budget
All About You
• 10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing role (or related field) in related industry
• Proven success executing product marketing campaigns, evaluating metrics for success, and recommending changes
• Strong storyteller that understands that content should be purposeful and succinct, even when dealing with complex subjects
• Strong background in leveraging multiple sources of data to identify insights, draft briefs, assess creative content across channels, and deliver sales and marketing materials
• Inquisitive, with an aptitude for analytical and quantitative problem solving
• Demonstrated ownership, and enthusiasm with a track record of learning quickly on the job
• Strong project management, detail oriented, and someone who prides themselves on quality outputs
• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with -and prioritize across -- stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• You have a strong understanding of core B2B marketing tactics and measurement practices.
• Clear and flexible communicator with experience working collaboratively with multicultural and remote project teams
Experience leading and motivating a team, with the ability to communicate goals and targets while bringing out the best in others to achieve the objectives of Data & Services Marketing

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
