　　Prologis is seeking a Director, Development for our Phoenix and LasVegas markets for managing development activities for land and buildingdevelopments including site pursuit, land due diligence, entitlement,design and construction of industrial / warehouse facilities. Theposition requires a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, outgoingpersonality, technical competence and professionalism. The position ispreferred to reside in our Phoenix office and interact daily withPrologis Development, Capital Deployment, and Market Operation teams.

　　Work closely with capital deployment team members to execute pursuitprojects as well as manage and deliver high profile BTS, extensiveland development and complex inventory projects.Develop budgets, define risks and track costs, both hard and soft,for land, infrastructure, and building construction for bothbuild-to-suit and speculative developments.Develop, tender and manage a variety of sizes of projects rangingfrom \$100,000 to \$100,000,000+ in development cost.Lead a team of consultants and contractors to obtain the regionalcapital deployment goals and objectives.Respond to build-to-suit or leasing RFP\'s by establishing siteplans and floor plans, proposed specifications, constructionbudgets, and schedules. Establish, plan, and participate inregularly scheduled development meetings to communicate thecompany\'s expectations and oversee the timely completion ofmilestones set forth in the each of the contemplated developments.Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and exceedcustomer\'s expectations on each project.Research design, construction alternatives, and value engineeringopportunities that will drive innovation in Prologis\' developmentswithout compromising functionality or life cycle costs.Building blocks for success

　　Minimum of 7-plus years\' experience in a similar role working inthe field of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or ConstructionManagement.Experience in local industrial development, land municipalapprovals, and construction.Combination of experience as project management with a generalcontractor/ A&E / owner representation preferred.Experience on BIM projects is desirable but not required.Self-motivated and ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimaldirection.Computer proficiency: MS Project, Google Earth, ACAD viewer (inaddition to normal Microsoft tools).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within markets.A professional license (Engineer, Architect, etc.) is desirable butnot requiredPromote a positive, can-do attitude with a real focus on Customersatisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness.Be able to have fun!Preferred:
