As the Vice President of Operations at OnLogic, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our global Operations, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operational Excellence. 　　Direct and supervise the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operational Excellence departments of our Global Operations team.

　　Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.

　　Optimize our Global Supply Chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.

　　Maintain a strong focus on quality management and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

　　Create and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

　　Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

　　Stay current with industry trends and advancements in operations management.

　　10-15 years of experience leading Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality in a similar manufacturing environment

　　Expertise in driving process improvement and operational excellence

　　5 years in a global VP role

　　Bachelor of Science degree preferred, other degrees and commensurate experience considered

　　Customer-centric mindset and dedication to quality and service

　　Excellent communication and collaboration skills

　　Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

　　The base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
