We provides virtual customer support to various clients including well-known companies in retail, resorts, cruise lines, roadside assistance, financial software, e-commerce, energy, banks, and more. As an agent for VQS you choose the company you want to work for along with the hours you would like to work every week, it's your choice! Our agents conveniently work in comfy clothes from their own noise-free home office.
With your own headset, desktop computer and a good internet connection, we can connect you to the customers of our clients from the comfort of your home. All our agents have access to earning while learning, support from our client's trained experts, technical support and the support of our company.
Customers that call in are looking for assistance with a product, service or experience they either want or need help with. VQS is looking for top quality Customer Support Agents to join our team and provide a positive experience for our clients and their customers. Our Customer Support Agents are responsible for providing customer support with patience, empathy, compassion, efficiency and attentiveness, leaving the customer with a positive experience.
Requirements
* Must have minimum 2 years customer service experience
Must work in United States at all times
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to speak fluent English
Must be a US citizen

A desktop/tower computer with a separate monitor or laptop with ethernet connection is required.
