　　As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering results within our Reinsurance Solutions line.

　　Role Responsibilities:

　　Identifies client and prospect needs and develops efficient solutions

　　maintains at all times, a detailed understanding and knowledge of all Aon resources and solutions, and matching those to client business requirements

　　Achieves client satisfaction by providing outstanding service

　　Fosters and promotes a team approach to both internal and external business relationships

　　Skills and experience that will lead to success:

　　A minimum of 10 years broking and/or underwriting commercial lines' experience, with a focus on property insurance

　　Excellent knowledge and understanding of reinsurance

　　Exceptional interpersonal skills with capability to interact with major clients to cultivate and maintain strong relationships

　　Excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing) with internal and external clients

　　Entrepreneurial attitude with keen negotiation, business acumen and problem solving skills

　　Strong organization and time management skills, able to multi task and manage projects

　　Ability to work independently as a self-starter; committed to delivering the highest in client service, quality and results

　　Previous formal or informal experience in managing teams or direct reports
