Let guests know what is available to them and the location of services. Tour the Farmhouse, promoting MacKenzie-Childs products and sharing the history of the Company and the estate as well as answer any questions guests might have.50% Assist customers and staff in the retail store during non-tour times.10% Work to ensure local areas have stock of our company brochures and replenish levels when needed.5% Book and manage tour reservations for groups of all sizes. Send and receive e-mails setting up and confirming groups visiting and perform miscellaneous job-related duties.
