Description We are seeking a qualified Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team. Our company specializes in multifamily plumbing projects such as apartment complexes, student and military housing, and hotels. Our projects are located throughout the U.S., including Florida, Georgia, Colorado, Virginia, and many others.

　　This position will be required to work in our Bluffton, SC or Scottsdale, AZ office.

　　As the Estimator, you will successfully develop estimates for all aspects of plumbing construction in large multi-family projects. The ideal candidate must be experienced with preparing material take-offs, labor estimates, requests for pricing, reviewing project documents and generating estimates. This position reports to the Construction Manager.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　• Prepare complete take-off and all cost estimates for plumbing and piping systems with Fast Pipe

　　• Ability to use proprietary estimating software

　　• Account for labor, material, equipment, subcontractors, and other direct costs within estimate

　　• Review plans and specifications to determine scope of work

　　• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing

　　• Prepare conceptual estimates to support budget proposals

　　• Maintain control of documents, drawing revisions, and change orders

　　• Organize resources and establish priorities

　　Required experience:

　　• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing and piping systems

　　• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, mechanical Design Build, and job costing

　　• Ability to deal diplomatically and communicate effectively within our team and customers

　　• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as detail oriented

　　• Ability to handle a dynamic, evolving, and fast pace workload under deadlines

　　• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
