Posting Summary | Rutgers University, School of Nursing (SON) is inviting nominations and applications for the Francois-Xavier Bagnoud Chair in Community and Family Centered Care, a unique opportunity in the field of community and population health research addressing the importance of family within this context. The goal of the endowment is to foster the continued growth of research programs that support the delivery of comprehensive, community-based health care services that meet the needs of individuals and families at greatest risk for health inequities. This important position offers this leader and scholar the opportunity to conduct population research that examines the range of factors influencing health at the family, community and population levels and to translate findings to practice and policy. Immunization Requirements Under Policy 60.1.35 , Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption. Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to receive an updated (bivalent) vaccine dose. Under Policy 100.3.1 , if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
