Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.[Essential Duties and Responsibilities:[ At the beginning of each shift, receive work orders from lead person.[ Calibration of the mold machine.[ Ensure all processes of the molding machine are functional.[ Pouring foam into foam molding tools.[ Directing activity of all other mold line personnel on manufacturing line.[ Inspect foam product for non-conformances.[ Works closely with chemicals used to produce foam.[ To ensure all orders are cut to customer specifications and that the blocks of foam used meet company efficiency expectations.[ Perform other duties as requested.[ Maintain excellent housekeeping practices in production area.[ Practice proper safety techniques.[ Complete general area maintenance duties on equipment as assigned.
