A Day in the Life:

　　The Vehicle Control Representative (VCR) ensures timely resolution to overdue rental contracts by determining, proposing, and executing an appropriate and timely resolution for each customer.

　　$20.00 HR

　　What You’ll Do:

　　Review and resolve overdue rental files in a timely manner within established guidelines.

　　Document contract and vehicle information within appropriate systems, including vehicle location(s), conversations, and research.

　　Research renter status, including contact methods.

　　Contact renter through phone and written communication (text, email, letters, etc).

　　Prepare file for theft process, including researching, and completing checklist. Ensure all steps are completed before moving file to theft team to finalize.

　　Work with Locations and Corporate Security to resolve contracts.

　　Assign vehicles to vendors, as appropriate.

　　Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

　　What We’re Looking For:

　　Experience in customer service, collections, or a call center environment

　　Previous Car Rental experience, preferred

　　Moderate efficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

　　Ability to learns and achieve proficiency in new software applications

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Ability to work independently

　　Demonstrated attention to detail

　　Bilingual is a plus

　　Excellent organization, time management, investigation, and analytical skills
