　　Job Description:

　　We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues. 　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner

　　Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts

　　Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

　　Process customer payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts

　　Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy

　　Prepare and submit customer statements

　　Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role

　　Solid understanding of accounts receivable processes and procedures

　　Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

　　Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

　　Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively

　　Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

　　2+ years of relevant accounts receivable experience
